Samia monitors, researches, and analyzes trends in climate change policy to contribute towards the implementation of low-carbon solutions across the GTHA.
She previously worked at the Regional Municipality of York to help operate their environmental management system for water, wastewater, and waste management services.
Samia holds an undergraduate degree in Honours Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo, with a minor in Urban Economics and Finance. She also holds a Spanish Language diploma.
