This investment opportunity is a newly created guarantee pool aimed at mobilizing capital to support affordable, zero carbon housing construction that is sustainable and socially responsible. The initiative is proposed and led by One Planet Living Community Alliance (OPLCA), a non-profit entity. The structure will be first-of- a-kind (FOAK) in Canada.
