Seven Toronto Community Housing buildings will see renewal through TAF’s TowerWise energy efficiency retrofit program. Through equipment upgrades, energy and water use will be reduced, saving operating costs while increasing comfort and indoor air quality for residents.

New financing company set to invest $100M in energy efficiency
TAF has just launched its first for-profit social enterprise, Efficiency Capital Corporation. The new entity is dedicated to financing debt-free energy efficiency retrofits of large buildings for homeowners. The business model is based on TAF’s innovative ESPA financing tool.
