Toronto Green Standard: Cost-Benefit Analysis
November 2012. City of Toronto. Funded by TAF, Sustainable Buildings Canada examined the costs and benefits associated with strengthening the Toronto Green Standard for new building construction. Prepared for the City of Toronto, the report analyzes 48 efficiency measure bundles across five building types. This research informed the development of the Toronto Green Standard 2.0.
Toronto Green Standard: Development of Energy Efficiency Requirements
February 2012. City of Toronto. With TAF’s help, the City of Toronto developed the Toronto Green Standard for new construction. To stay ahead of the updated Ontario Building Code, this TAF-funded report suggests a series of energy efficiency requirements for inclusion in the Toronto Green Standard 2.0.
