Louise Lam
Analyst, Retrofit Accelerator
As Retrofit Accelerator Analyst, Louise supports retrofit projects and research for multi-unit residential buildings in the GTHA.
Louise previously worked in the energy and sustainability department of a property management company, supporting retrofit projects, funding applications and conservation programs for affordable housing providers. She has completed a Master of Building Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a Phius Certified consultant.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys learning new languages, playing the drums, and crafting (sewing, jewelry making, woodworking), especially with materials that would otherwise be thrown away.
