Submission on the Toronto Green Standard Version 4 (TGS V4)

June 2021. City of Toronto. TAF submitted recommendations to the Planning and Housing Committee on the Toronto Green Standard Version 4 (TGS V4). While the adoption of TGS V4 is strongly supported, TAF recommends enhancing incentives for participation in the voluntary Tier 2 and Tier 3 programs, and strengthening the Tier 1 electric vehicle charging infrastructure requirements for mid-to-high rise residential and non-residential through an interim update in 2022.
